I found this boat in an ad in a local Wisconsin newspaper. It was lister as a GT-150 for a hundred bucks. I went to look at it and this is what I found. It is a 1976 GT-150 with a Mercury 650, 65HP motor on a Calkins trailer. It looked complete so I figured that I could use a few of the parts for my
'79 GT-150 (www.joes-glastron-gt150,blogspot.com) as well as the trailer. The owner had a clear title to the boat and trailer so I decided to go for it. It turns out that this boat is a fairly rare (from what I can tell) Bicentennial Edition of the GT-150. It's white with blue and red accents.
